A Different Approach

Approximately 1 in 5 women experience depression and anxiety before and after birth.  The founders of Grit Healthcare are mothers who have personally experienced these struggles and were determined to offer a new approach.  Our trained licensed clinicians provide counseling and treatment that begins with understanding your specific challenges, family dynamic, and readiness for help.  Our comprehensive approach allows for innnovative interventions, support, and guidance to help you through your parenting journey.

Don’t Have Alot Of Time?

One of the first barriers often heard by our clinicians is the lack of time to receive services.  As a new parent, you may feel overwhelmed by the idea of finding more time for treatment.  At Grit Healthcare, we know how important it is for self-care and how accepting help can not only help you, but also your entire family.  However, we recognize the reality of time and childcare barriers to office-based services.  That's why we offer telehealth services in addition to in-person treatment for a more flexible option. You are more than just a parent and we are here to help you become your best.
